By entering your email address on D J Litt (Firearms) Ltd (‘Litts’) web-site, www.litts.co.uk , you agree to receive promotional literature and/or emails from Litts.  The Free Gun Draw (the “Draw”) will be promoted from time to time on Litt’s website at www.litts .co.uk (the “Site”).  No qualifying date for entry into the Draw is stated and entries for that Draw will be comprised of:(a) those persons who have been registered in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the date Draw is to be made. (b) those persons for whom an email address in accordance with Rule 3 below has been received in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the date the Draw is to be made. For the avoidance of doubt, these Rules shall continue to apply wherever the context admits in relation to any Draw conducted by Litts. Additionally, if you are a BASC member and win the draw, you win a 1,000 free cartridges and a year's free membership of Litt's Treetops Shooting Club.

2. How To Enter

By registering via the Site you are willing to receive promotion material from Litts and subject to the Draw Rules for each Draw, you will be entered into each Draw beginning with the first Draw to take place on January 31^st 2008 and Litts has completed the registration process to its satisfaction for your application. Entry will be automatic for such time as you remain willing to receive promotional material from Litts and have not notified us of your wish not to receive promotional material.

You may notify us of your wish not to take part in the Draw by sending a postcard or letter to this effect with your name and address, signed by you, addressed to: Free Gun Draws – Non-participation Request, Litt’s Web-Controller, Unit 3, Maesglas Retail Estate, Newport, Gwent, NP20 2XF.

You can enter a Draw by clearly and legibly printing your email address, name, address, postcode in block capitals on a postcard or placing your business card (with your email address) and sending it properly stamped to the Web-Controller at the above address: Limit of 1 prize per household or family, whether by means of entry through the Litts web-site or by postcard entry.

4. Conduct Of Each Draw

You must be a UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands resident and be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid shotgun licence. The following are not eligible to participate: (i) Employees and immediate family members of employees of any of D J Litt (Firearms) Limited or its agents and advisors, (ii) other persons assisting with this promotion, (iii) any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert, (iv) any person using the services of an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions and (v) any such entity.

The winning entry will be drawn by Andrew Litt or Carl Ericksson on January 31^st 2008.  Their selection will be at random and will be final.  Winners will be notified by email only.
