Terms and Conditions

l. This Agreement commences on the date hereof and shall continue from
year to year unless terminated, in accordance with paragraph 9 hereof.
2- The Customer shall not change or modify the Gun in any way.
3. D J Litts (Firearms) Ltd. wiIl maintain the Gun in good working order
during the continuance of the Agreement.
4. D J Litt (Firearms) Ltd is not liable for any use of the gun in the commission of a crime nor for its use at any sporting event, hunting, demonstration, competition, or accidental discharge or during its carriage.
5. D J Litts (Firearms) Ltd. Is not liable for any loss of business or profit or any other
consequential loss of the Customer arising from any defects in or performance
of the Gun nor for failure to render service or provide supplies due to
causes beyond its control.
6. D J Litts (Firearms) Ltd. will in addition charge the Customer for.-
A) service made necessary by the wilful neglect or misuse of the
Gun by the Customer or agents and
B) carriage required in accordance with its of scale of charges therefore then current
7 Payment must be made to D J Litts (Firearms) Ltd. Upon either immediately upon signature of this agreement or in accordance with the schedule of direct debit payments shown overleaf. If the Customer does not pay D J Litts (Firearms) Ltd.
D J Litt (Firearms) Ltd. may cease its obligations under the Agreement without
prejudice to its existing rights.
8. D J Litt (Firearms) Ltd. may vary its charges at any time by 60 days written notice
to the Customer; if the charges are increased the Customer may terminate this
Agreement by giving D J Litt (Firearms) Ltd. written notice thereof at least 30
days prior to the effective date of such increase.
9 This Agreement shall be terminated:
A) by the Customer exercising the right of termination under paragraph 9
hereof.
B) by either party being an individual committing an act of bankruptcy,
having a receiving order made against him, or being a company
becoming insolvent, having winding-up proceedings commenced
against it or a receiver appointed of all or part of it,
C) by either party being in breach of any of the terms hereof.
10. The Customer will be offered the loan of a replacement Gun if the service or repair is deemed likely in the sole judgement of D J Litt (Firearms) Ltd to extend beyond 30 days.
11. This Agreement shall constitute the entire Agreement between the parties
hereto, superseding all previous written or oral Agreements or
Representations.
